Standing By Himself

Matthew has always done things in his crib way before he will do them for us here in the open. So, he's slowly been letting go of the sides of his crib to stand, but it only lasts a few seconds before he falls and crawls around. Well, he's been standing on his own for a couple of  days now. He looks so proud of himself while doing it too.

After this picture was taken, Matthew dropped his toy, bent over at the waist, hands on the floor, picked it up and stood back up. On Thursday he took two steps away from the coffee table, so it's just a little bit longer before he is running around the house with Joshua.
